The warranty period for carmer products is one year.
If the product is damaged within a year, we will exchange it free of charge (limited to one time). (Warranty is carried out based on the purchase receipt, but if there is no purchase receipt, the warranty will be set based on the production code engraved on the product.)
If a helmet that is more than a year old from the date of purchase is damaged, it can be replaced at a 50% discount.
If you want a 50% paid replacement, please send the damaged helmet and purchase receipt through the purchased agency together with the AS application form to Naunux Networks Co., Ltd., and we will check the product and send you a replacement product
